Sales Area Manager – Milan HQ
The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess both commercial negotiation skills and a solid technical understanding of the piping and fittings industry. They should be confident in handling complex sales cycles, from quotation preparation to final negotiation, while building and maintaining strong client relationships. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Milan , requiring close coordination with internal departments and frequent interaction with international clients in English.

Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients and partners
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for both manufactured and commercial materials
- Manage final stages of negotiation and successfully close deals
- Collaborate closely with internal departments (Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Project Management) to ensure client needs are met
- Identify new business opportunities and generate potential leads
- Represent the company in meetings and industry events
- Track and report sales performance in a structured and organized way

Qualifications
- experience in a B2B sales role, ideally in industrial or technical sectors
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Basic technical knowledge of piping systems and industrial components
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Availability for occasional travel
