ABOUT THE JOB We are looking for an ambitious and results-oriented Sales Area Manager to drive business growth across the Asian market. Reporting directly to the Commercial Management team, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and supporting the successful delivery of complex engineering projects. The successful candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with technical understanding, working closely with internal engineering and project teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer requirements. JOB DESCRIPTION

Analyze the target market, identify new business opportunities, and manage the entire sales pipeline (lead generation, negotiation, and contract closing) Strengthen relationships with existing clients (general contractors, engineering and design firms, end-user companies, and public authorities) Collaborate with the technical department to define customized plant engineering solutions, participating in site visits and technical meetings Coordinate the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, managing participation in public tenders and private negotiations Monitor sales KPIs, project profitability, and prepare periodic reports on the performance of the assigned area to support the Commercial Management team Represent the company at trade fairs, industry events, and technical forums.
