For a prestigious luxury fragrance brand, Adecco Fashion & Design is seeking a full-time Sales Assistant for its Milan boutique. The position offers a direct one-year contract with the company, with a gross annual salary (RAL) ranging from €28,000 to €32,000, plus ticket restaurant.

Within the Retail department and under the supervision of the Boutique Manager, you will personify this vision of the brand to a discerning and international clientele.

Missions:

• Personalizing products with embossing, engraving, and the art of folding

• Welcome and greet our clients, sharing the brand’s story and heritage.

• Provide support to the sales team in all aspects of customer service and sales operations.

• Passionately sharing your knowledge about our products' cosmetics and our brand's history

• Advising our clients on different product categories

• Maintaining and developing relationships with our clientele

• Participating in ancillary tasks contributing to the boutique's overall objectives

• Handling cash transactions, opening, and closing the cash register

• Maintaining the boutique at its level of excellence

Profile:

• Dynamic and cheerful disposition

• First experience in sales, ideally

• Strong verbal skills with an aptitude for communication and observation

• Curiosity and interest in beauty, products, and the brand

• Enjoys cultivating a special relationship with our clientele

• Fluent in English and italian, other language is a plus

Position available on full time, 12-month fixed-term contract asap, based in Milano,

The role requires 40 hours per week, worked on a shift basis.
