Responsibilities
You are the first point of contact in the shop and make sure our customers feel well‑advised and welcome.
Your open and approachable attitude helps you quickly understand what our customers are looking for – whether it’s the latest deck, the perfect snowboard binding, or a fresh streetwear outfit.
You bring your sense of trends and scene knowledge authentically into every customer interaction.
You work hand‑in‑hand with the team, providing support in visual merchandising, stock management, and cashier operations.
You continuously develop your skills through trainings, product workshops, and support from your team.
Our Requirements
Initial experience or completed apprenticeship in retail is a plus but not required – what matters most is that you are motivated and eager to learn.
You identify with the world of board sports and streetwear culture and have a strong sense for their community and lifestyle.
You are communicative, curious, and actively engage with customers to offer excellent customer service.
You value teamwork, respect, and maintaining a positive atmosphere.
You are interested in a long‑term collaboration, bring initiative, and want to develop both personally and professionally.
