Sales Assistant - Milano Montenapoleone

Bulgari Italia is looking for a brilliant Sales Assistant for its prestigious store in Milan, Via Montenapoleone.

The Sales Assistant role is a fundamental starting point, distinct from that of a Client Advisor, and does not require prior direct sales experience. It is designed for individuals passionate about excellence who are eager to develop their skills within the luxury sector.

The Sales Assistant will support the Client Advisors and the entire sales process, helping to ensure an impeccable customer experience.

Accountabilities

· Support the team in handling all clients/prospects entering the store for whatever reason (browsing, purchase, after-sales, complaints)

· Support the sale process as per delivery standards (from Welcome to Packaging)

· Ensure that all front area of the shop are neat, clean and products are displayed as per VM guidelines

· Perform all front office activities directly related to final customers acting as proactive point of and assuring that the customer satisfaction is constantly pursued and restored

Qualifications

• Master's Degree
• Strong passion for the Brand and its values.
• Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of an additional language is highly preferred
• Good computer skills
