Who We're Looking For


We are looking for experienced and motivated Sales Assistants for our K-Way stores in Milano , as part of our upcoming store expansion .

If you are passionate about fashion and customer service, have a proactive attitude, and enjoy working in a dynamic retail environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.


Key Responsabilities


  • Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales through tailored advice
  • Ensure visual and stock merchandising standards are consistently maintained
  • Replenish and organize product displays for maximum availability and appeal
  • Maintain fitting rooms and support customers during try-ons
  • Operate the cash register in compliance with company policies
  • Foster a positive team environment through courtesy and collaboration


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required


  • The ideal candidate has acquired at least two years of experience in the retail sector, with a strong preference for those who have worked in premium or luxury fashion environments . A solid understanding of assisted sales techniques and a relationship-driven approach to client interaction are essential.


  • Excellent command of the English language , both written and spoken, is required in order to effectively communicate with international customers. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered a valuable asset.


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. The candidate must be able to listen actively, understand customer needs, and deliver a personalized and memorable shopping experience.


  • A professional demeanor, well-groomed appearance, and flexibility in adapting to dynamic situations are key, including availability to work variable shifts, weekends, and holidays, as required by store operations.


  • The candidate must demonstrate a genuine passion for fashion and current trends, along with a natural inclination to provide exceptional customer service. The ability to embody the brand’s values and foster customer loyalty is fundamental.
