For our K‑Way Outlet store in Scalo Milano Outlet, we are looking for an experienced Sales Assistant. The role involves providing exceptional customer service and sales excellence, maintaining an attractive store appearance, ensuring cleanliness and merchandise availability, and collaborating positively with teammates. Key Responsibilities
Supporting the customer in the sale; Maintaining, managing and handling merchandise on display; Replenishing stock in order to ensure maximum levels of merchandise availability in the department; Maintaining order and cleanliness in the store; Managing fitting rooms following company guidelines; Managing cashier operations. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Previous experience as a Sales Assistant in established retail (fashion and footwear field); Knowledge of the English language (other languages are a plus); Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Reliability, dynamism, courtesy and flexibility in schedules; Immediate availability. Employment Details
Initial placement on a fixed‑term contract, full‑time (40h). This role comes with an annual gross salary of around €25,000, plus a range of company benefits.
