We are currently recruiting for the position of Sales & Business Development Manager for one of our key clients.
About client:
a European leader in modern polyurethane systems, bridging specialized technical knowledge with a flexible approach tailored to contemporary industrial requirements.
Location:
Italy (home-office based role with high mobility across the region)
Their production facility is located in Poland.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively acquiring new customers in Italy;
- Building and developing long-term business relationships;
- Implementing sales strategies in designated markets;
- Identifying new business opportunities and analyzing market potential;
- Conducting trade negotiations and preparing offers;
- Participating in trade fairs, meetings, and international events;
- Monitoring competitor activities and market trends;
- Collaborating with the marketing and operations departments to onboard new customers;
- Reporting results and achieving established sales goals.
Requirements
- Experience and capability within the PU industry;
- Experience in B2B sales or business development (international experience preferred);
- Fluent English & Italian;
- Negotiation skills and building business relationships;
- High degree of independence and goal-oriented approach;
- Willingness to travel;
- Ability to analyze the market and identify new sales opportunities.
