We are looking for a Sales Commercial Controller responsible for controlling and reporting activities across the country, acting as a key business partner between Finance and the local market.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform operative activities to guarantee monthly closures, periodic forecasting and AOP processes, country commercial consolidation with focus on sales amd margin;
  • Deploy analysis of the P&L by customer/product/category/area with particular focus on Volume, Price and mix analysis and all the KPI and KBI company needs;
  • Provides timely data and details based on group instruction of reports;
  • Create, implement and maintain comprehensive operating process documents to improve clarity and consistency;
  • Monitor, highlight and proactively give improvements, suggestions, supports, insight to the controlling, marketing and sales team for the analysis and drive business.
  • Support sales & marketing ad hoc needs like business, market, customers and competitors analysis;
  • Collaborate in the development of any ERP or system implementation;



REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

  • Minimum 3 years proven experience in controlling commercial roles;
  • Preferred degree in Accounting, Finance or Business;
  • Strong or potential key user SW skills (SAP and Excel mandatory, Word, Power Point);
  • English minimum level B2;
  • Broad knowledge of finance, budgeting, forecast and cost control principles;
  • Good knowledge of financial statements, cash flow analysis;
  • Analytical skills;
  • Planning and organization;
  • Business, channel, customer business approach.
