Fueguia 1833 is a luxury fragrance brand that originated in Patagonia and is now headquartered in Milan, where our production centre is also based. We are the only niche fragrance house that is fully vertically integrated, with every product artisanally crafted in-house.
Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Coordinator with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our Milan-based team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and coordinating sales operations to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales efforts.
Key responsibilities :
- Supervise and support sales activities to ensure targets are met
- Act as a liaison between sales, logistics, and customer service to resolve pricing, delivery, or customer satisfaction issues
- Monitor stock and inventory levels to guarantee timely fulfillment of orders
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategic sales plans and targets
- Support in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new sales staff
- Maintain strong, ongoing communication with clients to strengthen long-term relationships
- Organize and support internal sales meetings and assist in performance reviews
- Identify areas for improvement within the sales team and suggest training or process adjustments
- Produce internal weekly sales reports and dashboards
- Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use
- Attend client meetings both abroad and within Italy
- Perform administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and documentation management
- Ensure all sales activities align with company standards, ethics, and policies
- Represent the brand with professionalism in all interactions, including client-facing meetings
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales coordination or support role, ideally in luxury, retail, or FMCG
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving attitude and organizational skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP – mandatory)
- Solid skills in PowerPoint and presentation design
- Previous experience with Salesforce is a strong plus
- Any basic knowledge of programming or automation tools is a plus
- Fluent or native-level proficiency in English and Italian (both mandatory)
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of working hours (domestically and internationally)
Additional Information:
- Location: Milan. This is a full-time, office-based role. Full remote work is not currently an option.
- Start date: As soon as possible (negotiable based on notice period).
- Contract type: Full-time, with contract terms based on experience and local regulations.
