Are you passionate about customer service and driving business growth? Join our team as a Sales coordinator! You’ll be the key point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, providing solutions, and ensuring seamless communication between customers and our team.

What you'll do:

  • Be the contact for clients, offering information, assistance, and efficient problem-solving.
  • Manage quotes, track opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Support the sales team with strategic analysis and drive business success.
  • Keep our CRM up to date with client details and offers.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments (Production, Logistics, etc.) to meet customer needs.
  • Follow up on client payments and maintain credit line control.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in customer service and sales support (at leats 3 years).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Ready to contribute to the growth and success of the team.
