Sales Development Manager – ITALY

Enterprise Software | Packaging & Manufacturing | Remote

We’re looking for a commercially driven Sales Development Manager to expand market presence across Italy & DACH, helping packaging manufacturers modernise complex operations with industry-leading enterprise software solutions.

The Role:

You’ll manage the full sales cycle - from prospecting and discovery through to proposal, negotiation, and close - while building long-term relationships with senior decision-makers across the packaging and manufacturing sector.

You’ll work closely with solutions consultants, product specialists, and leadership teams to deliver tailored ERP/MIS/MES software solutions that directly impact operational performance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience selling enterprise SaaS or manufacturing software

• Strong consultative sales capability

• Comfortable engaging with C-level stakeholders

• Experience managing long sales cycles and strategic accounts

• Ability to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

• Packaging, print, corrugated, ERP, MIS, or MES knowledge would be highly advantageous

• Italian / German / English language skills preferred
