Our services include: • Executive Chauffeur & Ground Transportation • Commercial Airline Ticketing & Travel Management • Private Jet & Helicopter Charter • Hotel Booking • Concierge & Bespoke Travel The Role We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our commercial team and support the growth of Ricasoli Travel. You will be responsible for managing inbound enquiries, qualifying opportunities, initiating conversations with prospective clients and supporting the sales process from first contact through to handover to Travel Advisors. Key Responsibilities • Manage and qualify inbound leads received through Salesforce CRM and other channels • Contact prospective clients and understand travel requirements and business needs • Generate and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients and strategic accounts • Support Travel Advisors in converting opportunities into confirmed bookings • Execute structured follow-up activities and maintain high responsiveness standards • Keep CRM records, pipelines and client information updated • Coordinate internally with operations and sales teams to ensure seamless handover • Contribute to commercial growth initiatives and market development Requirements • Previous experience in sales, business development, account management or customer-facing roles • Fluent English (written and spoken) • Professional Italian language skills • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities • Commercial mindset and proactive attitude • Comfortable interacting with corporate and premium clients • Interest in travel, aviation, hospitality and luxury services • CRM familiarity (Salesforce is a plus) • Active VAT registration (Partita IVA) or willingness to open one • Availability to work on-site in Milan Preferred Qualifications • Experience xpavfwm in travel, hospitality, luxury, mobility or aviation sectors • Experience with B2B lead generation and outbound prospecting • Additional languages are considered a plus What We Offer • Freelance collaboration with fixed compensation and performance-based incentives • Direct exposure to international clients and premium services • Training and support from experienced commercial teams • Opportunity to grow into Travel Advisor or Business Development roles • Dynamic and international working environment Location: Milan, Italy Contract Type: Freelance Collaboration (VAT Registered) Availability: Full-time Apply by sending your CV and a short introduction to:
