The Role:

• Focus on driving growth and innovation across the Business Units and national division.
• You will report directly to the Managing Director and collaborate closely with the Sales Vice President.

• Lead the entire sales process, exceeding targets and driving new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute a forward-thinking sales strategy.
• Inspire and mentor Sales Executives and Business Development Managers, fostering a high-performing, growth-driven team.
• Engage with clients at a strategic level, delivering customized proposals and solutions that exceed expectations.
• Leverage your industry knowledge to identify market insights and competitive advantages.
