Overview
We are looking for a Sales Manager to join VOLTA’s Power Quality Department. The role involves managing and expanding the company’s sales portfolio across Central and Southern Italy for solutions in the TSO, DSO, and industrial sectors—including low‑voltage regulation, power quality analyzers, dissolved gas analysis, and partial discharge systems.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships.
- Present technical solutions tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Achieve and exceed set sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of sales and negotiation experience, preferably in business development.
- Strong technical knowledge in the electro‑technical and electronics sectors.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for managing client relationships.
- Organizational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple clients and projects.
- Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel across Central and Southern Italy (≈50% of the time) and 3–4 days per month to Bolzano HQ.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Prior experience in B2B or technical product sales is highly desirable.
