We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Sales Director to lead and grow the commercial operations of a leading company in the medical imaging diagnostics sector. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record in sales leadership, team management, and compliance within the healthcare or medical technology industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and inspire the national sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Define and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals
  • Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and procedural rigor
  • Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, and Clinical Affairs
  • Report directly to the President, providing regular updates on performance and market trends


Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 in a leadership role
  • Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong commitment to transparency , procedural discipline , and regulatory compliance
  • Experience in the medical imaging or broader healthcare/medtech industry is highly preferred
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Willingness to travel nationally as needed
