Job Description
As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for the sales and development of Victaulic HVAC products and systems in northern Italy.
Responsibilities
- Promote the Victaulic System for binding applications and HVAC solutions.
- Ensure the appropriate knowledge of Victaulic solutions and systems is present in the region through seminars, training, technical literature, and support.
- Pursue and obtain acceptance and specification of the Victaulic System by owners and engineering consulting companies.
- Demonstrate proper installation of the Victaulic system in the field.
- Visit job sites and follow up on installation processes by contractors.
- Train contractors’ personnel in usage and installation of the Victaulic system if required.
- Coordinate with other sales colleagues in the territory.
- Liaise with the local Victaulic distributor to ensure proper information flow is available and maintained.
- Report on a weekly basis to the Sales Director on activities and marketing information, and achieve the budgeted sales and results.
Qualifications
- University/College degree, preferably in mechanical engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Sales and technical knowledge acquired through a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
- Familiarity with the mechanical application business or the ability to acquire necessary knowledge quickly.
- Commercial awareness, ambition, and a customer‑oriented approach.
- Strong teamwork orientation, communication skills, and professional appearance.
- Result‑driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing challenges.
- Required to travel throughout the Italian territory.
- Fluency in English.
