Job Overview:
The resource will be inserted in the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) division, reporting to the Deputy HVAC Sales Director, and will be responsible for the technical and commercial promotion of Hisense HVAC solutions within their designated territory, with a particular focus on VRF systems and air-to-water heat pumps.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve the assigned sales targets for VRF systems and air-to-water heat pumps within the designated area, in coordination with the local Area Manager.
- Develop and manage the technical-commercial promotion of Hisense HVAC solutions, highlighting their distinctive technical features, with a focus on thermo-technical design firms, technical departments of installation companies, and wholesalers.
- Organize product presentation visits and meetings with clients, both independently and in collaboration with the sales network (agencies and Area Managers).
- Provide technical-commercial support to the sales network and clients during the pre-sales and negotiation phases.
- Monitor the status of commercial offers and update generated opportunities.
- Report technical feedback from the market, acting as an interface between the territory and internal departments involved.
- Coordinate with the after-sales office and service centers for commissioning interventions.
- Update CRM systems and company reports.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of work experience in the HVAC sector (specific experience with VRF/VRV systems and/or air-to-water heat pumps is preferred).
- Strong technical knowledge in thermotechnical systems.
- Language skills: Native Italian, good command of English.
- Excellent interpersonal and commercial skills.
- Proactivity and target-driven mindset
- Based in South Italy
