The hotel features 28 thoughtfully designed rooms and suites, a wellness centre, and a variety of refined hospitality options including a lounge bar, ski bar, a‑la‑carte and self‑service restaurants, striking a balance of adventure, wellness and Italian charm.

Location

Colere 1600 by Cloud 7 is in the Italian Alps, the mountain village of Colere, with access to major international gateways. Orio al Serio Airport (BGY) is approximately 55 km away; Milan Malpensa Airport (MXP) is about 160 km from the property.

About the Role

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement the hotel’s sales strategy in line with overall business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Identify and proactively pursue new business opportunities across key market segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, travel agents and corporate accounts.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and contract closing.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify trends, competitor activity and new opportunities.
  • Represent the hotel at industry events and networking functions to promote the property.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts and performance analysis, ensuring alignment with revenue goals.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with campaigns and brand positioning.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (reservations, operations, finance) to ensure seamless client experience.
  • Monitor and achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing to overall hotel revenue growth.

Experience & Skills

  • Previous experience in a hotel sales role; experience in a similar market or ski resort environment is a strong advantage.
  • Strong understanding of hotel sales processes, distribution channels and revenue generation strategies.
  • Proven ability to build and manage client relationships and close deals effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Results‑driven with a proactive and target‑oriented mindset.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Good knowledge of the local and international travel market is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Italian.
