Job mission and objectives

Reporting to Logistic manager, this person will be part of the Sales Intercompany team, based in Colorno (Parma, Italy) and responsible of all the activities related to offer and order management (i.e. define and prepare offers, review purchase orders, track orders, investigate order-related issues, support customer account management, enter data in sales configurator).


The candidate will act as the main internal point of contact for all our field sales organizations (Europe trading companies, regional sales and KAM teams), providing them with necessary information, know-how and support when quoting / selecting Wittur products and solutions manufactured in our Italian plant in Colorno .


The Sales Intercompany Office Leader should have the necessary technical understanding , market / customer know-how and above all excellent communication and management skills .


She/he will be the main point of contact for the internal customers with the aim to meet their expectations on the overall flow, quotation first but potentially also on the following steps of the order. Will be important develop a basic knowledge of the logistic and production process to properly monitor some important batch.

Experience & Skills - preferred

  • Customer-focused, service-oriented mindset
  • People management attitude
  • University degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in a Sales management role
  • Knowledge of Wittur products/Lift doors and related production processes
  • Excellent communication and interaction skills
  • Goal-oriented, organized and able to manage time well
  • Fluent in English and in a second European language (German or French)
  • Attitude at the process optimization and KPI definition, monitoring and related improvement
  • Medium skill on Excell and in general on office software
  • Basic knowledge of the process management flow including ATP calculation logic
  • Basic knowledge of the costs structure


Location for this position is Wittur Italy plant in Colorno (Parma, Italy)
