Paid Internship (stage) - Sales & Business Development, USA Market


Who we are


Lesgo USA Srl is a tour operator specialized in sports and educational experiences in Italy and the United States. We work with clubs, high schools, and colleges in the USA and Italy.


Mission of the role


To lead commercial origination and the closing of “Import Programs” packages mainly for US clients. Full management from the first contact to confirmation, with handover to the Operations Department.ì


Location and working mode


Milan + remote. Extracurricular internship, 8 months. Start day: ASAP.


Language


English as your first language level is required.


Economic conditions of the paid internship


Allowance: €800 net/month.

Variable: 15% of the operating margin of the deals handled and confirmed upon receipt of the deposit

(margin = net client revenues – direct package costs; excluding company fixed costs).


Main activities


Prospecting and opening contacts with clubs, high schools, and colleges in the USA.

Qualification, dealing, negotiation, and closing.

Pipeline management on CRM, forecast, and direct reporting to top management.

Structured handover to the Operations Department for delivery.


Exposure to Operations


Support in organizing sports trips for US teams in Italy.

Development of accommodation facilities and related services.

Shadowing on airline ticketing and logistics.

Mapping of US school and sports organizations and support for promotional initiatives.


Requirements


Proficient written and spoken English.

Interest in sports and international exchanges.

Organizational and communication skills.

Initiative and results orientation.


Path and outcome


KPI for the period: at least 1 confirmed order by 10/30/2026.

Upon achievement: proposal for professional collaboration (full-time position).
