The Sales Internal Support is responsible for supporting and supervising the GATE Dealer Network and Sales Consultants in submitting orders to production according to their targets, as well as managing the order validation process for all model lines.
She/ He is also the main intermediate function between Dealers, Customers and Sales Consultants, facilitating the activities that contribute to successfully achieving commercial goals.
The main responsibilities of this role are:
Order management / On-Boarding
- Assist Dealers and Sales Team (internal and external) with a full range of sales support services, including administrative, customer liaison, credit applications and enquiry handling.
- Be responsible for online/async support to Sales Person to review and complete Rental Request composition (eg, initial basic vehicle config to complete, checks on values out of ranges/other potential Eligibility exceptions, etc.).
- Support GATE dealers' network by dealing with system usage issues, early deployment assistance, occasional system training and basic account administration.
- Create, check and process customers, contracts and finance documentation, ensuring compliance with current local legislation, GATE processes and rules.
- Preliminary check on the data and documents of the Onboarded Customer to ensure that the data is reliable.
- “Creation” of Final Customer dossier, Vehicle dossier and Rental Request dossier to support complete praesidium from Rental Request Submission to Delivery Day.
- To liaise between dealers and third parties’ suppliers to ensure assets and services are delivered on time with the required specification and related obligations (eg, registrations, taxes, etc).
Delivery
- Collection of all Doc Exchange/Synchro: Delivery Report signed, Certification and/or homologation certification, etc.
- Contracts, Services Activation support/monitoring and related payments.
- Follow/UP of all mandatory activities for vehicle registration & physical delivery.
She/ He is also responsible, jointly with the main GATE E2E process stakeholders, to test new features, bug fixes and provide feedback on issues to the development team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Business Management, Language or similar.
- English is mandatory ; German and Italian will be considered a plus.
- Customer-oriented, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- +1-2 years of work experience as a Sales support specialist or Sales support associate will be considered a plus.
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
- Supportive personality, results-oriented, highly organizational, able to work under pressure.
- Proficiency with the MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
