Sales Management Specialist
to join the team in Milan.
Location:
Rome / Milan, Italy
Contract Type:
1-Year Outsourcing Contract (via Randstad)
Salary Range:
€28,000 – €30,000 gross per year
Reporting to the Sales Management Lead, you will oversee routine sales operations, including data analysis, reporting, and regular meetings. You will monitor customer relationship management, project initiation, operation, and the end-to-end (E2E) lifecycle of sales projects. Additionally, you will oversee order processing, manage contract execution and sales authorizations, lead internal control briefings, and resolve Order-to-Cash (OTC) issues.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Target Management:
Lead the development of annual order and revenue targets. Organize target breakdowns, drive implementation to meet goals, and manage routine sales operations (data analysis, reporting, and regular sales meetings).
Pipeline & Forecast Management:
Track the sales pipeline and major revenue-generating projects. Manage tiered order and revenue forecasts, develop progress reports, issue risk alerts, and support operational and market decision-making.
Sales Project Management:
Monitor project initiation, progress, and end-to-end execution. Flag potential risks early, coordinate necessary resources, organize milestone decisions, and drive overall project success.
Customer Relationship Tracking:
Track key actions on NA/NC customers managed by Business Developers and Channel Sales Managers.
Process & Compliance Optimization:
Enforce sales management processes and regulations. Maintain opportunity metrics and ensure strict compliance with Opportunity-to-Order (OTO) workflows.
Requirements
Experience:
Proven background in project management, sales management, data accounting, decision support, and KPI management.
Skills:
Strong analytical thinking, logic, and numerical aptitude. Excellent communication skills with a proactive, execution-driven problem-solving mindset.
Systems Knowledge:
Familiarity with enterprise channel tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, PRM, Eplus) and standard project management methodologies.
Preferred Background:
Prior experience in customer/channel sales, finance, quality & operations, or frontline sales. xrdbqlu
Languages:
Fluency in
Mandarin Chinese ,
English , and
Italian .
Work Authorization:
Italian passport / EU citizenship required.
