Responsibilities
- Drive business development and contract closure in the Anaerobic Digestion market.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including technical/commercial proposals and contract negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Analyse market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and manage risks.
- Lead cross-functional proposal teams to deliver competitive and high‑quality offers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (min. 5 years) in sales or proposal management within middle and large‑scale plant projects in Italy and Europe.
- Solid understanding of technical processes in the biogas and biomethane market.
- Strong negotiation skills and sound knowledge of commercial and contractual frameworks.
- Demonstrated leadership with the ability to guide teamwork and support decision‑making.
- Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are an advantage.
