The hotel offers a luxurious hospitality experience, combining rich heritage with modern service excellence.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager specialized in the Chinese market  to join this prestigious 5-star hotel in Rome.

This role is key to strengthening our international positioning and developing high-value business opportunities across leisure, corporate and MICE segments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a targeted sales strategy  for the Chinese market (Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan)
• Build and manage relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, corporate clients and luxury networks
• Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth aligned with hotel positioning
• Represent the hotel in international fairs, roadshows and business events
• Collaborate closely with Revenue, Marketing and Operations to ensure strategic alignment and guest experience excellence
• Monitor market trends, competitors and performance KPIs (ADR, RevPAR, conversion)

Profile

• Proven experience in hotel sales with a strong focus on the Chinese market
• Solid network of contacts within Chinese outbound travel industry
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English  (Italian is a plus)
• Strong commercial mindset with a results-oriented approach
• Deep understanding of luxury hospitality standards
• Availability to travel internationally
