Main Responsibilities And Contents
- Identify and develop possible opportunities on the market for chlor-alkali business;
- Develop and foster client relationships;
- Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions, manage the sales pipeline, and follow up on potential opportunities.
- Coordinate with Proposal Managers to develop proposals that fit clients’ requests and expectations;
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders;
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape;
- Participate in trade fairs and conferences, including presentations;
- Gather useful information from customer and competitor data.
Profile
Skills, Qualifications And Abilities
- University degree in Chemical, Mechanical or a related Engineering discipline;
- Experience in Sales and Customer relation management of chemical plants;
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; additional languages are a plus;
- Familiarity with project management and execution processes of chemical plants;
- Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking and experience in addressing commercial and legal topics;
- Proficiency in analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to drive business growth;
- Ability and willingness to deal with different cultures and to travel for meetings with prospects and existing clients.
