ColliCare Italy has two departments, Modena and Parma.
We are now looking for a new Sales Manager.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales role located in Parma/Modena, reporting directly to the Managing Director.
The Sales Manager will be overall responsible for communication with customers, sales activities, training and sales management on a day-to-day basis.
Tasks
- Nurturing existing customer relations, upsell and customer service
- New sales, looking for new customers using phone, email, customer meetings, attending events
- Cooperating with a sales team in the entire ColliCare group
- Participation in sales processes and tenders
- Pricing / Tarifs
- Training of new sales personnel
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, both in Italian and English
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Experience in sales and international logistics
- Experienced CRM user, preferably Salesforce
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
