Experteer Overview

In this role you lead profitable growth for the Italian Retail channel, driving market share with both direct and indirect customers. You will shape go‑to‑market plans, strengthen key accounts, and provide market insights to steer decisions. You’ll manage and develop a high‑performing sales team while ensuring execution of the company strategy in the market. This position offers the challenge of growing the retail footprint and optimizing value propositions in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities & Benefits

Achieve sales targets and profitability in the Italian Retail channel Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives Grow customer base and optimize profitability on existing accounts via a MIX value proposition Propose and deliver tactical and Go‑To‑Market offers for sustainable growth Prepare reliable sales forecasts and business plans Set and negotiate rebate agreements within guidelines Ensure timely payments in collaboration with Credit Department Implement and execute company strategy in the market Build and maintain relationships with direct and indirect customers, key accounts, distributors, and retail partners Collaborate with Trade Marketing to deliver added value to Key Accounts Monitor market trends, needs, and competitor activity and share insights Gather and communicate market intelligence to steer strategic decisions Develop strong cross‑functional relationships to drive business success Lead, inspire, and develop the sales team to achieve objectives Manage direct reports and foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement Coordinate training, talent development, succession planning, and rewards with HR Qualifications

Ideally minimum 5 years in tyre sales or equivalent commercial experience Proven sales team management and leadership experience Strong understanding of retail sales channels, distribution networks, and key account management Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and commercial planning Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Fluent in Italian and English
