Four Corners is a recruiter specialised in search and selection of professionals and managers in the Fashion, Luxury and Lifestyle market. On behalf of a B2B Beauty Company we are looking for a:
Reporting to the Sales Director, the Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the Clients into the assigned markets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversees regional sales to achieve seasonal and mid-term growth objectives;
- Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally for the areas of responsibility;
- Preparing sales budgets and projections for all territories managed;
- Tracking and analysing sales statistics historically and seasonally;
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service together with the related Depts;
- Enforces adherence to company policies and Standard Operating Procedures;
- Making data-informed decisions to drive performance;
- Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities;
- Attendance at key internal meetings with other departments to ensure Sales participation in key processes.
Requirements and Skills:
- Sound background in Beauty industry;
- Ability to analyse consumer data to optimize sales efforts;
- Knowledge of trends and regulations in their specific industry;
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and staff members;
- Excellent leadership and coaching abilities;
- Able to work with other department heads;
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Commercial and financial acumen;
- Proficiency in English is mandatory; a second language will be considered a plus;
