Four Corners is a recruiter specialised in search and selection of professionals and managers in the Fashion, Luxury and Lifestyle market. On behalf of a B2B Beauty Company we are looking for a:

Reporting to the Sales Director, the Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the Clients into the assigned markets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversees regional sales to achieve seasonal and mid-term growth objectives;
  • Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally for the areas of responsibility;
  • Preparing sales budgets and projections for all territories managed;
  • Tracking and analysing sales statistics historically and seasonally;
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service together with the related Depts;
  • Enforces adherence to company policies and Standard Operating Procedures;
  • Making data-informed decisions to drive performance;
  • Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities;
  • Attendance at key internal meetings with other departments to ensure Sales participation in key processes.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Sound background in Beauty industry;
  • Ability to analyse consumer data to optimize sales efforts;
  • Knowledge of trends and regulations in their specific industry;
  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients and staff members;
  • Excellent leadership and coaching abilities;
  • Able to work with other department heads;
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Commercial and financial acumen;
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory; a second language will be considered a plus;
