Position OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager – EMEA to drive business development across the Europe, Middle East, and Africa regions. This is a full-time, remote role with frequent travel, reporting to the EMEA Director and coordinating closely with our global Sales, R&D, and Operations teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding Cyclone’s relationships with fabric mills , identifying new market opportunities, and achieving sales targets through strategic engagement and value-added solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage strong, long-term relationships with key fabric mills across the EMEA region.
- Promote and present Cyclone’s yarn portfolio and recycling capabilities , aligning solutions to each partner’s specific production and market needs.
- Secure and grow sales revenue , including the negotiation and execution of long-term supply agreements.
- Provide actionable market intelligence and customer insights to Cyclone HQ to support innovation and product development.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies and volume forecasts in collaboration with internal operations and logistics teams.
- Maintain a CRM pipeline , track activities, and prepare regular reports on sales performance and customer engagement.
- Represent Cyclone at industry trade shows, events, and mill-hosted workshops across the EMEA region.
- Achieve performance objectives based on regional and company-wide KPIs .
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in the textile, yarn, or apparel industry.
- Strong knowledge/ network in the European textile manufacturing ecosystem , including supply chains and mill-brand dynamics.
- Proven experience working with textile products, especially raw materials will be a strong advantage.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts and sustainability benefits to diverse stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Fluency in English is required.
- Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage.
- Willingness to travel 50–70% within the EMEA region.
