We are supporting one of the world’s leading closure system manufacturers in their search for a Sales Manager to drive growth across Italy, Malta, and Albania.
This is a key commercial role for a hands-on, strategic thinker who thrives in international environments and knows how to turn insight into action. You'll work in close alignment with global and local teams, driving impact across sectors like food & beverage, agrochemical, and industrial packaging.
Your Mission:
- Lead and expand the sales pipeline and customer portfolio across Southern Europe
- Develop market-specific strategies aligned with global goals
- Identify new business opportunities and negotiate smart, sustainable deals
- Act as the go-to partner for clients, resolving technical and operational challenges
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Technical Service, Customer Support, and Logistics
- Report on performance, market trends, and business intelligence directly to the Country GM
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in packaging, plastics, or FMCG-related industries
- Deep understanding of the Italian market (Malta & Albania knowledge is a plus)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Passion for technical products and industrial manufacturing
- Fluent in both Italian and English
- Based in Italy and open to frequent regional travel
