RECRUITMENT CONTEXT :

To support its continued growth in Italy, our client is seeking a Sales Manager to cover central and/or southern regions , with a specific focus on Florence and surrounding areas , but with potential flexibility to cover other strategic cities such as Rimini, Naples , or others depending on market opportunities. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding the company’s presence across Italy and connecting hotels to its innovative technology solutions.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

As a Sales Manager for the Italian market, you will be responsible for:

Growing the Client Portfolio:

• Identify and prospect hotels and hotel chains in concerned areas.

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers (General Managers, Revenue Managers).

Selling the Company’s Solutions:

• Present and promote products such as the booking engine, channel manager, and analytics tools.

• Customize solutions to fit the unique needs of each client.

• Close deals and meet sales targets.

Collaborating with Internal Teams :

• Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to ensure client satisfaction.

• Gather client feedback to continuously improve and adapt the company's offerings.

Representing the Company at Industry Events :

• Attend key hospitality events and trade shows in Italy to increase visibility and expand the company’s network.

PROFILE SOUGHT :

Desired experience: 5+ years in B2B sales, preferably within the technology or hospitality sectors.

Languages: Fluent in Italian and proficient in English .

Sales Expertise: Skilled in managing complex sales cycles, with a strong ability to acquire and retain clients.

Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in hospitality technology or similar fields is a significant advantage.

Personal Qualities: Self-driven, results-oriented, and a natural relationship builder.

SALARY AND BENEFITS :

• Salary: €40,000 fixed per year + 10% variable based on total sales generated.

• Additional benefits: to be discussed during the recruitment process.
