Sales Manager - Milan
Salary: €70k - €90k + 25% bonus + company car
I am working alongside a global leader in ferrite component technology with over 80 years of innovation and strong industry partnerships. Backed by a world-class electronics group, the company offers stability, technical excellence, and long-term growth. They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager where you will drive sales, lead an Inside Sales team, and support technical design-in activities across Southern Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow sales of ferrite components and magnetic accessories
- Lead annual contract discussions with strategic customers
- Support design-in projects and collaborate with field engineering teams
- Manage the Milan-based Inside Sales team
- Organize and contribute to technical seminars and roadshows
Requirements:
- Successful track record selling ferrites components whilst designing in.
- Technical degree or equivalent experience in electronic engineering
- Fluent in Italian and strong command of English
- Proficient in Salesforce and MS Office tools
