We are looking for a

SALES MANAGER – New Units Sales

As the New Units Sales Manager for Italy and South Europe, he/she will be responsible for the development, offering, and negotiation up to contract signature and handover to the project management team for the assigned area or customers. He/she will report directly to the Area Sales Director Italy, Mediterranean, South Europe, and Africa.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead sales projects on an international basis, from pre-acquisition, tendering, to negotiation and handover to execution;
• Develop customized solutions with the support of our tender and engineering organization;
• Work closely with the commercial team to gather all necessary information to prepare competitive offers;

Represent sales projects and Ansaldo Energia externally, and drive them along internal processes with a focus on selling strategy, contract negotiation, and risk management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or business administration, with several years of experience in offering and selling large complex products or solutions;
• Proven experience in commercial and technical negotiations of large-scale projects;
• Knowledge of power plant technology, including main products such as gas turbines, steam turbines, and generators;
• Ability to work within international teams, under pressure, and in challenging situations;
• Willingness to travel;
• Excellent knowledge of English; proficiency in Italian is preferred.

Location: Genoa or Milan.
