We are looking for a
SALES MANAGER – New Units Sales
As New Units Sales Manager for Italy and South Europe, he/she will be responsible for the development, offering and negotiation up to contract signature and hand over to project management team for the assigned area or customers. He/she will report directly to the Area Sales Director Italy, Mediterranean, South Europe and Africa.
Main Responsibilities
- From pre-acquisition over acquisition and tendering to negotiation and handover to execution you will lead sales projects on an international basis;
- Develop customized solutions with the support of our tender and engineering organization;
- Work in close cooperation with the commercial team to collect all the information needed to prepare competitive offers;
- Represent the sales projects and Ansaldo Energia externally and drive the sales projects along internal processes with special focus on selling strategy, contract negotiation and risk management.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree in engineering, or business administration along with several years of experience in offering and selling large complex products or solutions;
- Proven experience in commercial and technical negotiations of large-scale projects;
- Knowledge of power plants technology, main products such as gas turbines, steam turbines and generators;
- Ability to work within international teams, under pressure and in challenging situations;
- Willingness to travel;
- Excellent knowledge of English, preferably Italian as mother language.
Location Genoa or Milan.
