Job Responsibilities
- Capture new business opportunities to drive growth.
- Develop new customers and improve relationships with existing customers.
- Align the annual sales targets with customers and monitor performance monthly.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms, manage credit lines, and ensure timely collection of accounts receivable.
- Achieve 100% customer satisfaction across pre-sales support, order fulfillment, payment collection, and after-sale service.
- Increase revenues, profitability, and cash flow according to established KPIs.
- Support marketing activities and communication efforts to enhance brand image.
- Monitor competitors’ pricing, NPIs, and strategies.
- Collaborate actively with head office teams to receive support and provide front-line feedback.
- Travel regularly to visit existing and potential clients in the region.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, electrical, power, or related fields.
- Good understanding of the distribution PV market.
- At least 3 years of B2B sales experience in the PV or renewable energy industry.
- Experience working in multinational companies with a global mindset.
- Proven track record of successfully achieving sales targets.
- PV technical background is a plus.
- Positive, self-driven, diligent, with a can-do attitude and a team player mindset.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills; capable of influencing various customer levels from procurement to C-suite.
- A fast learner with street-smart qualities.
Other Requirements
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and the local language.
- Ability to travel regularly and/or abroad on short notice.
