Company Description

With almost 20 years of experience in the field, SmartCoach Technologies specializes in solutions for performance assessment in strength training.

We develop, manufacture and sell innovative equipment and software to monitor strength, speed and power during training on any exercise device.

Our customers are professional athletes, sports teams, strength and conditioning coaches, physiotherapists, and rehabilitation professionals. In the past years, our solutions have been used by numerous top soccer clubs, NBA teams, Olympic champions, and Sports Federations. The company is registered in Italy with office in a Science and Technology park in Turin.


Role Description

We are looking for one or more Sales Executives for managing the company’s expanding client base at a worldwide level. Candidates must be motivated, passionate and interested in working in a dynamic, international environment with colleagues from different parts of the World.

Key responsibilities include: conducting sales presentations, managing customer relationships and meeting sales targets. Tasks will also include identifying new business opportunities and opening distribution channels.

Retribution will be tiered to sales volumes on a commission basis, with bonuses and accelerators for reaching or exceeding performance targets.

Working hours are flexible and can be done partially in smart working, with periodical meetings in presence in the Turin office. The job requires occasional travels few times a year.


Qualifications


  • Motivation, passion and ambition to work with top athletes and teams
  • Excellent communication, sales and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of the sports performance and rehabilitation markets
  • Ability to work independently and with a team of international colleagues
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Fluency (spoken and written) in foreign languages; English as minimum requirement; Italian, Spanish and other languages are strong pluses
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Science, or a related field
