Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role located in Rome. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in the construction or engineering industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of technical assessments and related services is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
