Sales Operations and Business Development


For our Tour Operator division, a fast-growing company operating in the premium and luxury travel & experiences segment, we are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team through a structured growth path.


The selected candidate will play a key role in the management of B2B partnerships and travel proposals, with a strong focus on:

* Preparing tailor-made quotations and travel proposals for international travel agents and partners

* Managing the operational follow-up related exclusively to confirmed quotations and booked services

* Ensuring maximum precision in contracts, confirmations, signatures, documentation, and operational procedures

* Carefully handling booking details , deadlines, payment terms, and travel documentation

* Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing travel agents and partners

* Reactivating inactive contacts and developing new business connections

* Participating in international trade fairs , workshops, and networking events

* Supporting the commercial development of the company and expansion into new markets


Especially in the initial phase, the role will have a stronger operational and account-management focus, while gradually evolving toward broader business development responsibilities.


We are looking for a highly organized person with strong attention to detail, capable of managing multiple requests and partners while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.


You will operate in a fast-paced, merit-based environment, with a high level of autonomy and direct impact on company growth and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

* Strong organizational and operational management skills

* High attention to detail and precision in administrative and contractual processes

* Experience in preparing quotations, itineraries, or client proposals

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

* Commercial mindset and problem-solving attitude

* Entrepreneurial mindset and operational autonomy

* Willingness to travel frequently in Italy and abroad

* Minimum English proficiency level: C1

* Familiarity with major social media platforms and their professional use

* In-depth knowledge of the Italian territory
