Job Overview
We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to support the efficiency and scalability of our commercial team. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in Sales Ops, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with tools like Salesforce and HubSpot. This role will drive process optimization, forecasting, and performance tracking, while working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align strategies and improve execution. We're seeking someone proactive, data-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and optimizing sales processes, tools, and reporting to improve efficiency and performance
- Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align strategies, targets, and incentives
- Owning and managing our internal systems and tools (including Salesforce CRM/ O365/ HubSpot/ Oracle etc…) and ensuring high data quality across sales platforms
- Driving Sales Operations Excellence - forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analytics
- Supporting go-to-market planning, territory mapping, and quota design with CCO and CFO
- Identifying blockers and recommending scalable, tech-driven solutions to help the sales team win
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales operations, preferably in IT, cybersecurity, or SaaS
- Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of sales metrics and CRM tools (e.g., specifically Salesforce and HubSpot)
- Excellent stakeholder management skills—you can communicate effectively with external facing Sales execs and Internal facing product and marketing team members alike
- A bias for action and continuous improvement—you’re not afraid to challenge the status quo
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, scaling environment
Bonus Points If You:
- Have worked in a company scaling from Series B to D
- Understand channel sales and partner ecosystem dynamics
- Are familiar with tools like Oracle, Clari, or CPQ systems
