Responsibilities AR Management – Weekly reconciliation, payment follow-up, support cash application & clearing, invoice tracking, overdue risk alert & resolution, ensure on-time delivery. Contract Management – Handle contract onboarding, termination, changes; support document collection & approval; identify risks/terms and coordinate mitigation. Mailbox Management – Maintain shared mailbox, build & manage logs, ensure timely, accurate, traceable communication. General Support – Support performance tracking, act as MMC secretary, drive process standardization for future channel/finance operations. Requirements Clear logical thinking, strong learning ability, and the ability to work in English and Chinese. Italian is a plus. Experience in sales management, data processing, and project management. Bachelor’s degree or above. Diligent, responsible, practical, and hardworking.
