Experteer Overview
In this role you will optimize LodgeLink’s GTM operations by aligning data, tools, and workflows across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success. You’ll manage data integrity, build dashboards, and streamline processes to drive efficiency and revenue growth. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to turn complex insights into actionable outcomes, shaping scalable, data‑driven decisions. Provide operational support and troubleshoot for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and leadership Manage and consolidate large data sets with high data integrity; transform data into visual, decision‑ready insights Configure and manage the sales tech stack (Outreach, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Regie.ai) for daily operations Identify and implement workflow improvements to increase efficiency across GTM processes Manage multiple projects, ensuring timelines are met and results delivered Create and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs and identify growth opportunities Foster cross‑functional collaboration between Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams Responsabilità
3‑5 years in Sales Operations, Finance, MIS or management consulting Strong knowledge across GTM tools: Salesforce, Power BI or Tableau, Regie.ai, Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo or Salesloft Intermediate to advanced Excel for managing large data sets and reporting Bachelor in MIS (MBA preferred) Requisiti fondamentali
