We’re looking for a Sales Consultant who thrives in this space—comfortable in client dialogue, solution design, and project coordination. The Sales Performance Consultant is accountable for the diagnostic, design, and delivery quality of Mercuri Sales Performance Project.
Who you are
You might come from consulting, project management, or training, and are now looking to combine that with a commercial dimension.
- Strong listening skills, empathy, and ability to challenge constructively
- Proactive and results-oriented
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders (Sales Directors, HR Managers)
- Collaborative and grounded
- Curious and eager to grow
Requirements:
- University degree
- Fluent in Italian (C1/C2)
- Strong English (B2+)
- Experience in B2B (consulting, services, or training environments)
- Interest or experience in sales training or capability development is a plus

- Develop new business opportunities through consultative engagement
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships
- Contribute to the design of tailored client solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams, trainers, and partners
- Play an active role in project management and delivery
