The Role in Summary
The candidate will join the Sales Direction with responsibility over sales planning, demand planning, and channel merchandising, for all our distribution channels (Retail / Wholesale / eComm) supporting business growth and efficiency. The role aims to ensure forecast accuracy, stock optimization, and coordination of key commercial processes, contributing to the evolution of the S&OP process and overall commercial governance.
Main Responsibilities
Build and drive the Sales Planning & Control process, ensuring alignment between Sales, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service. Develop rolling forecasts, sell-in/sell-out analysis, and replenishment plans supporting business performance. Collaborate with Customer Service in managing order portfolio execution, prioritization, and reorders. Own Channel Merchandising activities, defining assortment, allocation strategies, and stock positioning across customers and markets. Lead Demand Planning and wholesale sales forecasting activities, monitoring sales trends, seasonality, and key business KPIs. Monitor commercial performance and KPIs through dashboards and business analytics. Prepare management reporting and business analysis for senior stakeholders
Key Requirements
5–8 years of experience in Sales Planning, Demand Planning, Merchandising roles, preferably within Fashion/Lifestyle/Retail industries. Strong knowledge of forecasting, inventory management, and commercial planning processes. Experience in Wholesale and/or omnichannel business models. Strong analytical mindset and data interpretation skills. Advanced Excel and BI/reporting tools proficiency. Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills. Project-oriented mindset with a continuous improvement attitude. International or multi-market experience. Fluent in English.
Compensation
The total annual gross compensation package, including base salary and performance-related bonus (MBO), ranges from €50,000 to €70,000, depending on experience, skills, and overall profile.
