Exide is looking for a Junior Sales Representative for this areas: Veneto, Trentino, Alto Adige,

Marche and Emilia-Romagna. Reporting to the Sales Manager; he/she will be responsible for coordinating the relationship with Exide's customers in the assigned area, as well as all necessary actions with the aim of improving business and profit in coordination with the Sales Manager and the rest of the team.


Main tasks:

  • Respect EXIDE's current contractual agreements with customers
  • Monitoring the achievement of objectives by channel and customer
  • Respect payment deadlines
  • Follow-up and resolution of warranty claims
  • Ensure EXIDE's presence in the area by planning customer visits
  • Provide weekly reports to the Sales Manager
  • Train our customers' sales force on our products and services
  • Reduce the cost of warranties
  • Improve sales, A.S.P. per customer and operating profit
  • Improve our D.S.O.
  • Keep customer information up to date
  • Scouting the Italian market for the acquisition of new clients


Requirements:

  • Academic Degree in Engineering areas or Economics
  • A different education path will be considered, if coupled with a sound experience in the role
  • Commercial experience in the industrial sector (2/3 years)
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Availability to travel across Italy (mainly North Italy)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, customer orientation, ability to operate towards results
  • Habitual residence in the province of Veneto
  • Perfect command of MS Suite (especially Excel) and ability and willingness to learn new software applications
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams, goal orientation, proactivity
