Summary
The Sales Rep role is responsible for guaranteeing the promotion of the Client portfolio, the management of the bids and the development of the business in the assigned area.
This permanent position, is responsible for achieving sales targets and the implementation of sales strategies in order to attain sales volumes, customer growth, patient growth and customer happiness for the assigned therapies and/or medical products within own geographical area (Piemonte).
What you'll be doing
- Engage with potential clients and build positive relationships to promote and sell Vantive's innovative products and therapies
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Provide outstanding customer service and support to ensure flawless integration and satisfaction for our clients
- Conduct market research to determine competitive trends and opportunities
- Successfully meet and exceed sales targets and goals
What you'll bring
- Shown experience in sales, preferably in the renal sector
- Scientific or medical University Degree, according to Italian legal requirements for "Informatori Scientifici del Farmaco"
- Interest for technical and digital solutions
- Work towards sales with an excellent understanding of strategic account development
- Great understanding of the tender process and pre-tender work
- Strong eye for business and proactive approach
- Strong negotiation skills with good knowledge about the health care system and the relevant stakeholders involved in the selling and tender processes
- Adaptable, solid communication, teamwork and team-building skills
- Selling, educating and informing is natural to you and you are easy to build and develop long-term relationships
- It is an advantage if you are used to remote and digital sale
- English knowledge
