Sales Service Engineer – Hygienic Fluid Handling (HFH)
The Food & Water (F&W) division is looking for a Sales Service Engineer – Hygienic Fluid Handling (HFH), based in Monza.

Responsibilities
- Promote, develop, and secure penetration of technology sales and related applications
- Identify service technical solutions for F&W – HFH processes for different customer segments
- Promote, sell, and secure delivery of the service portfolio: spare parts, revamping, and replacement of old installed based
- Support, coach, and develop business through partner organizations in the field (distributors and authorized service partners)
- Focus on installed base and conduct audits
- Drive end‑user engagement with focus on Alfa Laval brand, solution specification, sustainability, and process optimization (water and energy savings)
- Be available to travel up to 50% of time within Italy
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
- Background in sales of mechanical service
- Driver’s license
- 3–5 years experience in food, beverage, and pharma industries
- Good English language competency, verbal and written
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office package (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook)
