Infinity Consulting is a Global Sales & Marketing Consultancy Firm, operating in B2B markets within the manufacturing industry.
We are looking for a brilliant Sales Specialist for one of our main Account.
The candidate will develop a dedicated approach to the main Account, obtaining specific skills within the reference sector (industrial machines for Automotive, HVAC, Automation & Electric Motors sectors).
After a suitable training session, the candidate should be able to prospect target accounts for new business, maintain and developing an existing business as well as establish and work with international partners.
The candidate will report directly to the Sales Manager.
The main task is selling highly engineered industrial machines and scouting the markets belonging to the related technology.
Autonomy and precision are required in carrying out assigned tasks, propensity to teamwork and professional relationship with Client and Prospect, as well as initiative and flexibility.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Building and managing multi-level relationships with customers
- Generate leads and meet sales objectives
- Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle
- Develop and maintain prospect and customer list based on strategic marketing data
- Conducts one-on-one and group sales presentations
- Timely follow up to customer inquiries, work within the organisation to assemble detailed proposals for products and services
- Conduct negotiations of important projects and package deals
- Development of specific market segments
- Willingness to travel regularly (around 50%) to attend meetings with customers and trade fairs events
Personal background and soft-skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and/or Marketing
- Proven experience as Sales responsible, preferably gained in the B2B market of machinery / equipment.
- Strong leadership and project management skills on medium-long time frames
- Excellent negotiation skills and interpersonal skills
- Written and communication skills with ability to communicate across different organisation levels.
- Problem-solving and organisational attitude
- Planning and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Experience in planning through CRM
- Fluent in English
- Good Spanish or third language knowledge is a plus
- Experience in automotive, HVAC, industrial automation and electric industries is a plus
