XCMG is a global leader in construction machinery, committed to delivering innovative, reliable, and high-performance equipment solutions worldwide. To support our expansion in the Italian market, we are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Sales Specialist to develop our Road Machinery business within Italian territory.
The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration for XCMG road machinery products in Italy, including rollers, milling machines, pavers, bulldozers, and related equipment. The role focuses on developing end-user relationships, identifying market opportunities, and implementing effective regional sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the sales and promotion of XCMG road machinery products across the Italian market
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with end customers, contractors, and key accounts
- Achieve annual sales targets and business objectives set by the company
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within Italian territory
- Analyze customer needs and formulate effective regional sales strategies
- Collaborate closely with the technical support and after-sales teams to deliver tailored product solutions
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term customer retention
Your Profile
- Proven sales experience with international first-tier brands in the road machinery sector
- Strong knowledge of the Italian market for rollers, milling machines, pavers, bulldozers, and road construction machinery
- Basic understanding of crushing and screening equipment is considered a plus
- Existing network of end-user customers in the Italian road machinery market is highly preferred
- Fluent Italian and English language skills
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Results-oriented mindset with strong commercial drive
- Avilability to travel extensively within Italy
