Your mission

  • Manage the sales and promotion of XCMG road machinery products across the Italian market
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with end customers, contractors, and key accounts
  • Achieve annual sales targets and business objectives set by the company
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market share in assigned territories
  • Analyze customer needs and formulate effective regional sales strategies
  • Collaborate closely with the technical support and after-sales teams to deliver tailored product solutions
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term customer retention

Your profile

  • Proven sales experience with international first-tier brands in the road machinery sector
  • Strong knowledge of the Italian market for rollers, milling machines, pavers, bulldozers, and road construction machinery
  • Basic understanding of crushing and screening equipment is considered a plus
  • Existing network of end-user customers in the Italian road machinery market is highly preferred
  • Fluent Italian and English skills
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong commercial drive
  • Availability to travel extensively within Italy
