Your mission
- Manage the sales and promotion of XCMG road machinery products across the Italian market
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with end customers, contractors, and key accounts
- Achieve annual sales targets and business objectives set by the company
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share in assigned territories
- Analyze customer needs and formulate effective regional sales strategies
- Collaborate closely with the technical support and after-sales teams to deliver tailored product solutions
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term customer retention
Your profile
- Proven sales experience with international first-tier brands in the road machinery sector
- Strong knowledge of the Italian market for rollers, milling machines, pavers, bulldozers, and road construction machinery
- Basic understanding of crushing and screening equipment is considered a plus
- Existing network of end-user customers in the Italian road machinery market is highly preferred
- Fluent Italian and English skills
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Results-oriented mindset with strong commercial drive
- Availability to travel extensively within Italy
